User Support Group ¿What is the User Support Group? It’s a way of participating in La Clínica el Rosario’s health services and a way of promoting solidarity, paying effective attention to the community. Its objectives are: To help identify and give answer to users’ needs, according to its possibilities. Help ensure quality service and defend the patients’ and their families’ rights. Be an intermediary between users and the institution. Contribute to the education and training of users in relation with the institutions’ activities and plans. Ensure the technical quality of methods used along with human qualities. Participate in the process of stablishing and taking care of the Complaints and Petitions Management. ¿Who is eligible to participate? Every human person that is of age, is affiliated to the social security health system and has knowledge of the clinic or has participated in their processes. Send a written request to the person in charge of costumer and pastoral support, indicating your desire to participate in the group. Go to the clinic in person and meet with the person in charge of costumer and pastoral support, who will instruct you in what you need to do. Attend an interview and go through the initiation process. Have available time to participate. Attend the meetings that get schedule by the group.
